Christelle Mombo-Zigah, born and raised in France to Congolese parents, currently resides in Silicon Valley. She is a devoted wife and mother to two bright, humorous, and expressive young black girls, aged 7 and 4.
She holds a master’s degree in International Economics from La Sorbonne University and recently completed the executive LEAD program at Stanford GSB, where she also served as a Course Facilitator for the Values-based Leadership class.
A visionary futurist and adept problem-solver, Christelle believes in harnessing the potential of AI technology to foster a better world for all.
With over 17 years of professional experience spanning various industries, she discovered her passion for assisting global technology companies in their growth, transformation, and innovation strategies.
Her dedication to prioritizing people, championing human-centered experiences, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) has steered her focus towards advocating for responsible AI and women in technology.
Christelle is deeply committed to democratizing access to AI and advocates for the implementation of policies and regulations in both public and private spheres to mitigate the detrimental impacts of biased historical data and harmful algorithms on a large scale.
A polyglot with fluency in French, English, and Spanish, and proficiency in Swedish and Arabic, she views language as a powerful tool for connection and unity. She also cherishes her Kongo heritage and its rich history in the Americas and the Caribbean.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Christelle is an accomplished author, having self-published two children’s books and currently working on two more before embarking on her memoir.
Through her literary endeavors, she aims to leave a lasting legacy for her daughters and inspire future generations of leaders while amplifying the voices of the marginalized.
