Austin’s passion for empowering others led him to co-found The Gen Z Club, which has connected thousands of Gen Z individuals through motivational and engaging networking events. Since its launch in August 2021, the club has reached 500,000 Gen Z members, hosted over 20 events across four cities, and helped top corporations such as Barclays UK, Lloyds, and Savills effectively engage with the Gen Z demographic.

In early 2022, Austin launched Reading with Austin, a monthly subscription book club designed to help people improve their lives through literature.

A strong advocate for science, Austin has a particular interest in genetics, holding a degree in the field. In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, he is a semi-professional footballer with FA Cup qualifier appearances and has previously played for London Academy Rising Ballers FC, an organisation that works with the best unsigned talent in the UK.
