Jide Adetunji is a multi-award-winning creative entrepreneur who left his corporate roles in software development and finance to pursue his passion for art and music. He is one of the Founder of GUAP Magazine, a youth-led digital media platform.
In 2015, GUAP was conceived by Jide Adetunji and Ibrahim Kamara, both South London natives who crossed paths in college through mutual connections. Frustrated by the dearth of opportunities and representation for young creatives in the UK, they embarked on a mission to foster a vibrant creative community and establish tangible role models for aspiring talents.
Over the years, GUAP has evolved into a formidable force dedicated to discovering, nurturing, and showcasing emerging creative talent across various platforms such as magazines, websites, social media, agencies, and events. It has emerged as a significant catalyst for change and growth within the industry, a testament to their vision and dedication since its inception eight years ago.
