As the founding CEO and current Chairman of the Board at K&W Technology Group, Khalid leads a consulting firm specializing in integrating deep technologies, including cutting-edge Enterprise Software, AI, IoT, Blockchain, and AR/VR.
Under his leadership, the firm has contributed significantly to the transformation and growth of major clients across 70+ countries and 15+ industries, such as Société Générale, Maghreb Central Bank, Royal Air Maroc, Wafa Assurance, Bouygues Construction, and Schneider Electric. Additionally, the group has served as a venture builder for 5 startup projects, achieving 2 successful exits in Edtech and Healthtech.
Khalid also holds the distinction of being the youngest member of Morocco’s Royal Advisory Committee, strategically leading the national development agenda through inclusive and sustainable public policies, technology, and innovation.
He has played a crucial role in underwriting and guiding through parliamentary processes several laws and regulations both locally and internationally, including the G20 startup fiscal incentive recommendations and the World Government Summit collaborative sustainability framework.
In addition to his roles at K&W Technology Group and the Royal Advisory Committee, Khalid has held key positions such as Innovation Director for an Abu Dhabi Government institution, MENA Managing Director for Silicon Valley accelerator “Demo Africa,” and Managing Director of MEA Nearshore Operations for Devoteam.
He has also overseen technology, innovation, and investment projects as Division Director and advisor to the Chairman of OCP Group, the world’s largest phosphate miner and fertilizer manufacturing corporation.
Khalid is actively engaged in various advisory and directorial capacities, serving on the boards of startups, family offices, accelerators, investment funds, and industry associations. He is globally recognized as a thought leader, receiving numerous awards, including the first Forbes Africa 30 Under 30 in the Maghreb Region. Khalid holds a degree in Software & Embedded Systems Engineering from Mohammed 5th University ENSIAS State School of Engineering.
