Mary Mante is an Innovation Economy Professional at J.P. Morgan, where she is part of the Innovation Economy group within the Global Corporate Bank.

This group aims to be the leading bank for venture-capital-backed companies with high-growth potential across industries such as Disruptive Commerce, Technology, Fintech, Life Sciences, Healthcare IT, and ClimateTech.

In her role, Mary plays a key part in acquiring, managing, and nurturing client relationships within the Venture Capital-funded Innovation Economy sector. She handles both internal and external aspects of these relationships, including conducting industry and company research, assisting with credit analysis, and collaborating with product and industry specialists within the Commercial and Investment Bank.

She is also the Founder and Early Careers Lead at Mantivations, an organization dedicated to empowering today’s youth for a brighter tomorrow. Mantivations’ mission centers on shaping future leaders by helping young people from underrepresented backgrounds secure their first graduate and internship opportunities.

The organization works within local UK communities to promote mental well-being, provide financial support, and offer professional and personal development opportunities.

Recently, Mary attended and co-hosted a Female Future Leaders Series event, where she highlighted the importance of building an authentic network for female founders. Passionate about supporting female-led businesses, she believes in the power of strong networks to drive success.
