Paula currently serves as a Lead Analyst in Data & Analytics at Bank of New York Mellon. Within just a year of joining the firm, she was awarded an Advocacy Award for her unwavering commitment to empowering and supporting women. She has been a vocal advocate for early-career women, helping to create visibility and opportunities for them internally, while always championing others.
Her journey embodies resilience, determination, and selflessness, inspiring others to advocate for minorities and dedicate themselves to serving others.
Paula also boasts remarkable academic achievements. She holds multiple world records, including passing mathematics A/AS-level at just eight years old, becoming one of the youngest students ever to pass the University of Cambridge Advanced Mathematics paper at nine, and being the youngest British child to attend high school at that time!
