Meet Aja Baker

 

Aja Baker is a National Senior Marketing Programs & Development Manager within the Global Sponsorship Marketing group, based in Los Angeles. She is responsible for the development, planning and execution of specific High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth client engagement hospitality programs around events such as, the NFL’s Super Bowl and MLB’s All Star Week. Aja coordinates with local and national line of business executives and marketing teams to ensure programs are effectively utilized while building programs to execute against line of business objectives and integration goals. She also creates and implements communication plans for all programming.

Since joining Bank of America in 2007, Aja has held a variety of assignments in Consumer Banking, Enterprise Business & Community Engagement and Global Marketing & Corporate Affairs. Aja is actively involved in Bank of America’s African American Leadership Team and represents the bank on numerous external projects. She is also an Executive Board member with Cause for Celebration, an organization dedicated to providing homeless and foster youth with the opportunity to build positive self-worth through the power of celebration. Aja received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of California, Davis and her Master of Arts degree in Radio & Television from San Francisco State University.
