Meet Lamia Naji

Lamia Naji is the Associate Manager for Learning and Strategy at Mastercard Foundation. Lamia supports strategic planning at the Foundation. She also supports the management of select evaluation and learning partnerships within the Youth Livelihoods and Financial Inclusion portfolios.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Lamia provided policy, communications and project management assistance at Global Affairs Canada, supporting various programs (Sudan and South Sudan; Middle-East and North Africa; corporate evaluation division). Her field experience includes roles with UNICEF Eastern Caribbean in Barbados and the Aga Khan Foundation in Tanzania.

She holds a Master’s of Public Policy and Administration, and a Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management, both from Carleton University.

We are proud of her achievement and we name her Most Influential 100 Class of 2018 Humanitarian and Religious category.
