Pedro Lopes is Secretary of State for Innovation & Technical Training Cape Verde Government. He is recognized for his work in civil society [leading] the youth empowerment organization, Geração B-Bright, the international license to organize the first TEDx of Cabo Verde, for the participation in the Mandela Washington Fellowship, for the election to the West African Regional Advisory Board of YALI Program, for his professional accomplishments and being one of the youngest members of a Government on the African continent.
