Prior to assuming his current role as Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc (FMN), Mr. Olusanya amassed over two decades of senior executive experience.
He served as Group Operating Partner at Helios Investment Partners, a global private equity firm, where he oversaw and managed diverse investment portfolios. His tenure as Chief Executive Officer of Emerging Markets Telecommunication Service Limited (formerly Etisalat) was marked by his instrumental role in navigating the sale process for 9mobile to completion.
Mr. Olusanya also held pivotal roles such as Partner at GA Capital Ltd, a consulting and advisory firm specializing in technical and financial advisory services to private businesses and government parastatals.
At Dangote Industries Limited, he served as Chief Transformation Officer and previously held the position of Managing Director at Dancom Technologies. He also served as Acting CEO at VEE Networks Limited (formerly ECONET Wireless), where he successfully led the company through a significant rebranding transition.
Currently, Mr. Olusanya is a member of the Board of Directors at Axxela, Starsight, and OVH Energy, where he continues to contribute his expertise in strategic management and business development.
His academic background is equally impressive, holding a B.Sc. (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Lagos, along with dual master’s degrees in Environmental Engineering from the University of Liverpool and Computer Science from the University of Manchester.
