Rachel Twumasi-Corson

Rachel TwumasiCorson is the Co-founder of Afrocenchix.

After Rachael graduated with a Law degree from the University of Birmingham, she embarked on a multifaceted academic journey that culminated in her founding Afrocenchix.

Her dedication to learning led her to further studies at the Institute of Trichologists, where she delved into the intricacies of hair care. Subsequently, Rachael pursued an MSc in Medical Anthropology at UCL, with a dissertation completed at the University of Cambridge Medical School, enriching her understanding of healthcare and human culture.

Throughout her academic pursuits, Rachael’s entrepreneurial spirit remained unwavering, as she developed her career as a business leader and storyteller.

Her diverse interests span across various domains, including business, branding, and marketing, health and wellbeing, ethics and sustainability, D2C startups, creative arts, mental health, and disruptive technology and ethical AI.

Residing in London with her husband, a teacher, and their four young children, Rachael leads a vibrant and active lifestyle. When she’s not immersed in running businesses, consulting, volunteering, or serving on boards, Rachael enjoys practicing karate, baking delicious treats, playing guitar, and indulging her passion for writing speculative fiction.
