Anjola Adebowale is a Data and AI Consultant at a leading tech firm, where she specializes in designing and developing data platforms and generative AI-powered applications, alongside overseeing data engineering workloads.

Her work has earned her both the Rising Star Award and the Microsoft Industry Solutions Rise Award. Anjola is not only recognised for her professional excellence but also for her leadership role as Co-lead of Microsoft UK’s Black Employees group and University Outreach Events Lead, demonstrating her dedication to fostering inclusive communities and nurturing the next generation of tech talent.

Beyond her impactful work at Microsoft, she is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion within the tech industry. She founded Tech Suite, a platform aimed at empowering students from underrepresented backgrounds to pursue careers in tech.

Previously, as the Black Girls In Tech Country Lead in Nigeria, she spearheaded initiatives such as hackathons, sponsored bootcamps, and conferences, further solidifying her global commitment to diversity and inclusion.
