Helena Bertho is one of the main communication executives in Brazil, Head of Communication, Sustainability and Diversity at L’Oreal in the Greater Public Division.

In 2021 she received the Yes to Racial Equality Award, as Leader of the Year – the highest award in Latin America. Advertising with specialization in Marketing worked in the areas of Communication, Marketing and Diversity in large companies such as Coca-Cola and L’Oreal.

She was an adviser to the Publicitários Negros group, which brings together more than 1,600 creatives from all over Brazil. She is a speaker and consultant in the areas of creative communication, leadership, innovation and D&I.
