Michelle’s career spans various critical areas including E-commerce, Digital Trade initiatives, and the pivotal role of emerging technologies in fostering robust Digital Economies and Trade ecosystems.

Her deep understanding of the Fintech landscape across numerous countries worldwide, especially in Africa, positions her as a leader in driving innovation and transformation in these fields.

Currently serving as a Senior Adviser, Michelle collaborates closely with governments, including African Union Member States and the AfCFTA Secretariat, to shape regulatory and policy frameworks in the Digital Economy and Trade Ecosystem.

She plays a significant role as a Digital Trade Expert within the AfCFTA Ad-Hoc Digital Trade Task Force, contributing to the development of the Digital Trade Protocol.

Michelle also leads Global Policy House (GPH), a pioneering ESG-driven FinTech and Investment group in the UK Diaspora, focused on supporting Digital and Financial Transformation initiatives. Her advisory work spans diverse geographies, including engagements in Nigeria, Zambia, South Africa, Senegal, Morocco, Kenya, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and various parts of Europe.
