As Managing Director, Ms. Soleye Niniola is responsible for leading DRASA’s day-to-day operations, the overall growth and launch strategy, fundraising, financial and organizational management, communications/marketing/PR, and partnership efforts.

Ms. Soleye previously worked at Management Sciences for Health (MSH), a global health organization operating in more than 50 countries with a focus on priority health issues such as HIV & AIDS, tuberculosis, malaria, maternal and child health, family planning and reproductive health, and chronic non-communicable diseases.

In her role, she supported internal communications and change management across the organization. Prior to joining MSH, Ms. Soleye worked at Paragraph, a brand agency, for three years. Ms. Soleye holds a BA in cognitive science/neuroscience from the University of Pennsylvania.
