Meet Imo Enang…

Imo Enang is a Senior Lecturer, Best-Selling Author and Business Consultant.

He is a broad-skilled business executive with over 15 years of working experience in commercial strategy, operational excellence, and new business and entrepreneurial development spaces in multiple industries as well as faculty leadership in the business school. He is also a personal development coach who is driven by a passion for developing individuals.

He has served in different functional capacities across FMCG, Management Consulting, Banking, and Higher Education [Business Schools] with >10 years spent in one of the largest FMCG organizations on the planet- Procter & Gamble.

Imo has had an opportunity to study, work and live in different countries across three continents [Europe, Asia, and Africa] exposing himself to a unique perspective of cultures and an in-depth appreciation of exotic working preferences.

He has an MBA from IE Business School, Madrid; currently studying for a doctorate in Strategy at Warwick Business School, UK, and has a Chartered Manager qualification from the Institute of Managers & Leaders, Australia & New Zealand. I’m a Member of the CIM and I’m an active Lean Theory practitioner.

He is passionate about inspiring young budding professionals to middle-level managers on how to achieve their goals and is currently a Success Principles Coach (Canfield Training Group) as well as a certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Mind Mastery trainer.

Imo is also an International Best-Selling Author of the book ‘Don’t Set Goals…Achieve Them!’ The book clearly articulates how one can disrupt ineffective thought patterns, discover the power of visualization and momentum, and gain clarity in your purpose and direction. The book is full of valuable insights, practical exercises, and real-world examples to help you develop effective habits and integrate them seamlessly into your day-to-day life.
