Allyson McKithen serves as the Executive Director of the World Trade Center Washington, DC, and Vice President of International Programs at Trade Center Management Associates (TCMA), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Boston-based Drew Company.

TCMA manages the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center (RRB/ITC), designated as Washington, DC’s official World Trade Center (WTCDC), part of a global network spanning over 90 countries.

In her role, Ms. McKithen leads the World Trade Center, Washington, DC, overseeing international trade missions, fostering diplomatic relations, developing cultural initiatives, promoting business international development, and forging strategic partnerships with private sector entities, US, and foreign government agencies.

Under her leadership, Ms. McKithen advances the Congressional mandate of the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, positioning it as Washington’s premier hub for international trade, cultural events, and educational programming. She has been instrumental in creating and executing Winternational, an Annual Embassy Showcase that connects the DC community with the Diplomatic corps, attracting over 90 embassy participants and engaging thousands annually.

During the pandemic, Ms. McKithen successfully transitioned the Center’s programs to virtual platforms, including “A Seat at the Table, Women in Global Leadership,” “Perspectives on Trade,” and the virtual Winternational Marketplace.

Previously, Ms. McKithen held roles as Senior Account Executive at Washington Link, where she led event planning services for corporate, association, and international clients, and as Principal at Events Unlimited Inc., overseeing event operations for corporate and association clients.
