Christiane Silva Pinto is the founder of AfroGooglers. AfroGooglers committee is an employee resource group which aims to educate and generate internal awareness regarding racial justice, to support and develop the current Black professionals at the company.
Also works with the external community to increase educational levels as well as the representation of black professionals in the labor market.
After working at Google Brazil as a recruiter for 6 years, she now manages the marketing strategy for the company’s solutions focused on Micro and Small Businesses.
She is a Brazilian activist and Communications professional who graduated in Journalism from the University of São Paulo (USP).
Christiane is a TEDx speaker, was elected Forbes Under 30 in 2020, is a member of RenovaBR Council Board and of the São Paulo Street Carnival Women’s Commission.
