Ezechi Britton’s entrepreneurial journey spans various roles, evolving from a Software Developer to Co-Founder and CTO, and now as CEO of CFIT (Centre for Finance, Innovation, and Technology). CFIT, backed by the UK Treasury and the City of London, aims to dismantle barriers hindering the growth of financial technology. By convening top talents nationwide, Ez drives initiatives for enhanced outcomes for consumers and SMEs.

Previously, Ez served as Principal and CTO in Residence at Impact X Capital Partners LLP, a venture fund dedicated to supporting underrepresented entrepreneurs. He co-founded Code Untapped, a digital skills accelerator connecting companies with diverse technologists to devise innovative product solutions through innovation labs events.

A pioneer in the fintech landscape, Ez co-founded Neyber, a multi-award-winning firm focused on financial well-being.

In 2023, he assumed the role of Trustee on the board of Crisis, a prominent UK homelessness charity. Additionally, he serves as a strategic advisor to Crisis’s Venture Studio, which nurtures startups aimed at combating homelessness.

Ez’s commitment to diversity and youth empowerment earned him recognition in the 2022 New Year’s Honours list, receiving an MBE for his contributions.
