Bolaji Sofoluwe is a seasoned business growth strategist specializing in market expansion and internationalization.

With over twenty years of experience in management consulting and banking, she serves as the Managing Director of the Enterprise Trade and Knowledge Group in the UK.

In this role, Bolaji equips companies with the representation and strategic insights needed to enter and thrive across African markets, overseeing projects in more than 34 countries on the continent.

In addition to her leadership at the Enterprise Trade and Knowledge Group, Bolaji holds the position of Board Chair at BGEN International, a subsidiary of a prominent UK industrial engineering company.

Her advisory work spans diverse sectors, from startups to global corporations, focusing on geographical expansion as a catalyst for business growth.

Recognized as an Export Champion, Bolaji has been a prominent figure in the UK Department of Business and Trade’s “Made In the UK, Sold to the World” campaign. She also contributes her expertise as an Entrepreneurship Expert at the Entrepreneurship Centre at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

Bolaji earned a BA in Languages and Linguistics and holds an MSc in International Business, Leadership, and Management.
