
Noah Harris currently serves as a Confidential Assistant in the Office of Management and Budget at the White House, collaborating with federal agencies to influence regulatory decisions.
Prior to this role, Harris held the position of legislative director in the Office of Congressman Bennie Thompson. Originally from Hattiesburg, Mississippi, Harris earned his Bachelor of Arts in Government from Harvard University in 2022.
During his time at Harvard, Harris made history by becoming the first Black male student body president in the university’s then-386-year history. He was also honored as a Truman Scholar for his dedication to public service and delivered the 371st Harvard Commencement Address titled “The Caged Bird Sings.”
Additionally, he is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated. Harris is a multifaceted individual, having authored the children’s book “Successville” and founded the non-profit organization Successville University. Through Successville University, Harris endeavors to empower young individuals by emphasizing the value of education as a catalyst for early career exploration.
