Einstein Ntim is the driving force behind Black Star Space, an organization dedicated to advancing space satellite technologies throughout Africa and aiding in disaster relief efforts, particularly concerning climate change.

Additionally, he serves as a Policy Advisor and heads the Engagement, Partnerships, and Innovation division at the Diaspora Affairs, Office of the President, Republic of Ghana. His overarching goal is to equip individuals for a future defined by advanced technologies, fostering tech talent to bridge the digital gap.

As the Chair of Global Startup Ecosystem (GSE), a platform accelerating tech digitization, and a Partner at Africa Future Fund, Einstein invests in initiatives by Africans and the Diaspora that harness advanced technologies to propel Africa forward.

Through GSE, he has pioneered the largest tech summit series across emerging markets, including the Space Tech Summit, AI Summit, Her Future Summit, Ghana Tech Summit, Haiti Tech Summit, Africa Future Summit & Tour, marking it as the most extensive tech tour in African history, among others.

Einstein’s professional journey spans various domains, from capital markets with UBS, State Street, and Deutsche Bank, to commodity sales, authorship (notably “A New Way”), military service in the UK TA, education under the Methodist Church, and involvement in professional sports with Harlequins & England Rugby. He is a Windsor Fellow, part of Ghana’s Future Leaders U30, and holds positions on the board of Singularity University.

His academic background is equally diverse, encompassing Economics & Policy from the London School of Economics (LSE), Chinese Languages and Philosophy from Nanjing University, Faith and Theology from the Methodist Church of Britain, and Space Technology and Management from the International Space University. He has also served as a British Council GenUK Ambassador in India and China.
