She is currently serving as the Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at All3Media, a premier global production company, Annika leads comprehensive DEI initiatives. Collaborating closely with over 50 production companies within the group, as well as human resources and talent teams, she ensures that inclusivity remains a cornerstone of organizational culture.
Prior to her role at All3Media, Annika made significant strides in global DEI efforts during her tenure at Barclays. There, she pioneered initiatives such as Barclays’ inaugural Diversity & Inclusion Annual Report and the creation of the Power of Allies Toolkit, aimed at fostering a sense of belonging among colleagues.

As the Co-founder of The Black Magic Awards, she annually celebrates changemakers in the Black community. Additionally, as the co-founder of Black Leaders in TV, she advocates for ensuring Black leaders have agency, access, influence, and space within the industry.
