Femi Osinubi serves as the Consulting and Risk Leader & Technology Disruption Leader for PwC West Africa, spearheading tech advisory initiatives, including Data and AI, and overseeing all non-audit/tax facets of PwC’s operations.
With over 25 years of combined assurance and consulting experience, Femi has cultivated a deep expertise in delivering technology and digital projects, encompassing Data and AI, across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, notably in Ghana and Nigeria.
At the helm of PwC Nigeria’s Experience Center, he drives product innovation through emerging technologies, positioning the firm at the forefront of digital transformation.
His comprehensive experience spans AI, Data Analytics, Revenue Management, Internal Audit, Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Robotics Process Automation, enabling him to deliver bespoke business solutions to international clients across diverse sectors.
Among Femi’s notable achievements are leading AI/ML projects for Tier-1/Tier-2 Banks in Nigeria, including the development and deployment of an AI/ML-driven Enterprise Fraud Management System.
He has also played a pivotal role in setting up the Chief Data Office for a prominent Nigerian bank and spearheading contact center digital transformations. Additionally, Femi has contributed to innovative digital banking initiatives, conducting IT landscape assessments to drive strategic enhancements.
Before his return to PwC Nigeria in 2016, Femi garnered extensive experience during his tenure at PwC in London and with the Vodafone Group, accumulating over 12 years of valuable insights in the field.
A graduate in Computer Science and a Fellow Chartered Accountant, Femi furthered his academic pursuits with an MBA from Warwick Business School, United Kingdom.
Her commitment to professional development is evident through his participation in prestigious leadership programs, including the University of Oxford Leading Professional Service Firms Programme and the PwC Global Network Leadership Programme (NLDP).
