Marcus Rogers, born on July 19, 1986, in Weisbaden, Germany, began his spiritual journey at the tender age of 7, dedicating his life to following the Lord.
Despite being homeschooled, he pursued higher education, attending college for a year before embarking on a different path by joining the Army at the age of 18. Marcus has served in the military for 13 years, with two combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as a tour in South Korea.
During his military service, Marcus experienced a deepening of his faith and discovered a calling to full-time ministry. Through profound encounters with God during his deployments, he received visions of worldwide revival and a rising army of bold, fervent believers in the last days. Moved by these experiences, Marcus felt compelled by the Lord to ignite spiritual fire within God’s people and preach a message of repentance.
As Marcus engaged in street preaching and shared his messages on social media, opportunities began to unfold before him. He authored the book, “Through The Fire To Be On Fire” and is currently working on additional literary projects.
His ultimate aspiration is to establish a church named Firehouse on the North Side of Chicago, while his immediate goals involve taking the gospel to the streets, feeding the homeless, and conducting revivals nationwide.
In humility, Marcus Rogers acknowledges himself as a vessel chosen by God to spread His message of salvation: “I am just a nobody, trying to tell everybody about somebody who can save anybody.”
Through his unwavering dedication to God’s calling, Marcus endeavors to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others and advance the kingdom of God on earth.
