Chawki Jaballi is a Senior Trade Policy Expert and Trade Negotiator specializing in Africa at regional and continental levels.

He brings extensive experience in trade policy advocacy, regional economic integration within the African context, WTO rules, and management of technical assistance projects related to trade.

Chawki career spans over 16 years, including significant roles such as 5 years focusing on WTO disciplines and more than 8 years serving as Tunisia’s Chief Negotiator for the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) and National Coordinator for COMESA (Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa).

He holds a Master’s degree in International Trade and Entrepreneurship, a Higher Diploma in Public Management, and a Telecommunication Engineering Diploma. Currently, he is pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Procurement Governance.
