Matlhogonolo Mothibedi Valela is a highly experienced professional in the corporate sector, currently serving in key leadership roles across several prominent organizations in Zimbabwe and beyond.

Mr. Valela holds the position of Chairman for African Distillers Ltd. and serves as the Chief Executive Officer & Director at Delta Corp. Ltd., a role he has held since joining Delta in 1996. Throughout his tenure, he has occupied various senior positions within the company, contributing significantly to its growth and strategic direction.

In addition to his roles at Delta Corp. Ltd. and African Distillers Ltd., Mr. Valela sits on the boards of several other esteemed organizations, including Nampak Zimbabwe Ltd., Schweppes Zimbabwe Ltd., United National Breweries (SA) Pty Ltd., and Cimas Medical Aid Society.
