Gbemisola Osadua is a prominent International Commercial Lawyer and Africa Trade Ph.D. Researcher based in Switzerland.

She is the Founder and Lead Advisor at Dynamics Impact Ltd, an advisory firm specializing in international trade and investment policies, regulations, and sustainability. Her firm provides professional services to governments, institutions, and businesses, focusing on company formation, regulatory compliance, and advisory to facilitate access to foreign and intra-African markets for African businesses and MSMEs.

As a licensed legal practitioner, Gbemisola has established herself as an International Consultant on Africa Trade.

She has advised and co-convened multilateral dialogues on Africa Trade Policy with prestigious institutions in Switzerland, including the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), World Trade Organization (WTO), and the International Trade Centre (ITC). Her expertise includes providing technical assistance for trade facilitation in developing countries and connecting MSMEs to global and regional value chains.

Gbemisola’s contributions to promoting global trade facilitation and cross-border e-commerce development were recognized at the 2023 United Nations eWeek, where she received an award jointly presented by the ITC and the China Electronics Chamber of Commerce (CECC).

She is an active member of the Organization of Women in International Trade (OWIT), Lake-Geneva Chapter, Switzerland, where she engages in initiatives promoting women’s participation in international trade.

In December 2023, Gbemisola initiated and convened the inaugural Swiss-Africa Trade and Investment Summit (SATIS). This summit aims to enhance trade and investment cooperation between Switzerland and Africa, further highlighting her commitment to fostering economic partnerships and sustainable development between the two regions.
