Ludmya “Mia” Love (née Bourdeau; born December 6, 1975) is an American politician serving as the U.S. Representative for Utah’s 4th congressional district since 2015. A Haitian American, Love is the first black female Republican elected to Congress[1][2] and the first Haitian American elected to Congress from Utah.
