Randall M. Tucker is a result focused, a collaborative business leader who specializes in evolving how organizations traditionally think about Inclusion & Diversity by focusing on strategies that further position an organization to drive business results and improve collaboration by leveraging.

He has 15 years of project management experience, 14 years of United States Inclusion & Diversity strategy experience, and 7 years of Global Inclusion & Diversity strategy experience.  He is a guest lecturer at Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies and is a Six Sigma Black Belt. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from James Madison University.
