
Renee Kapuku is a woman driven by a singular mission: to empower women to succeed. As the Co-founder and Co-host of, “To My Sisters” (TMS), she is at the forefront of a leading community-powered women’s organization and the fastest-growing sisterhood.
What began as a popular podcast in 2020 has rapidly evolved into a thriving global community of dynamic, ambitious, and self-aware women dedicated to transforming their lives.

Renee and her co-founder, Courtney met in secondary school, whilst both pursuing their applications to university. In 2015, Courtney and Renee were the first from their state schools, and their families, to attend Cambridge and Oxford University.
Renee went on to fulfil her master’s degree at Harvard Graduate school of Education, before returning to the UK to pursue entrepreneurship in the education space and content creation.
