Olatomiwa Williams is the CEO of Microsoft Nigeria and Ghana.

Prior to that, she was the Digital Transformation and Cloud Solution Director for the Microsoft Middle East and Africa (MEA) Multi Country Cluster (MCC) spanning over sixty-seven countries in Africa and part of Middle East.

She is an award-winning business leader with over 22 years’ experience in Information Technology Industry helping organization leverage the power of technology to achieve their business objectives with experience spanning consulting, support, channel, and people management.

Prior to joining Microsoft, she was a Lead Consultant with Dimension Data, Nigeria and have worked on large complex projects across Nigeria and South America.

Ola has held different roles in other Information Technology service companies and have developed a very good knowledge of emerging markets business landscape.

She is also the founder of Uzemi Technology Empowerment Initiative, an non-for profit focused on supporting women to develop into leadership position in STEM related field. Ola serves as advisory and nonexecutive board member with different organizations in Nigeria.

She is a graduate of Computer Science from the Federal Polytechnic Offa, Nigeria and holds an MBA from University of Liverpool.
