Boitumelo Mosako is the Chief Executive Officer of the Development Bank of Southern Africa. With over 22 years of experience, she is a seasoned Chartered Accountant and executive leader.

Previously, Boitumelo served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the DBSA, where she played a pivotal role in strategy formulation, investor relations, supply chain management, and information technology.

Before rejoining the DBSA, she held the position of CFO at the South African Bureau of Standards and served two terms on its Board.

Boitumelo began her career as a trainee accountant at Ernst and Young, followed by a stint at Ernst and Young USA. She then transitioned into the banking sector, working as a Corporate Finance Transactor at Citi Bank and later as Executive Director of Finance and Investments at Triumph Venture Capital, where she focused on achieving key business objectives.

She holds an Advanced Management Program Certificate from Harvard Business School, a BBBEE Management Development Program Certificate from UNISA, a Higher Diploma in Auditing, a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting, and a BCom Accounting Degree from the University of Cape Town.
