He is Cephas Caleb

Cephas Caleb is a lawyer with the foremost Nigerian law firm of Aluko & Oyebode, a member of the African Law Network (ALN).

He provides legal advisory services on diverse areas of Nigerian law, including company formations, corporate governance and business advisory, foreign investments and incentives, power and mining, labour and employment, real estate, oil & gas, tax, immigration, regulatory and compliance issues. He litigates at both trial and appellate levels in Nigeria.

He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK and a Notary Public in Nigeria.Cephas has several years’ experience in advising international not-for-profits carrying out development activities in Nigeria.

He also loves to teach and has facilitated trainings for senior and mid-level public sector officials in Ministries Departments and Agencies of the Federal Government of Nigeria.

Cephas is the recipient of several academic awards and one of the authors of “Financing Renewable Energy Projects: A Global Analysis and Review of Power Purchase Agreements’ edited and published by the American Bar Association, 2019; and an “Overview of the Lagos State Electric Power Sector Reform Law” published by Mondaq.com, 2018.

He is also the author of the book, “You Cannot Serve God and Money.”
