Timi Adeyeba is the Co-Founder & COO of Amplify Africa Inc. A leading 360 Entertainment and Media Culture Company based in Los Angeles, California, USA.
The company’s vision is to create multiple platforms for education in different African cultures while promoting African creativity to a global audience and bridging the gap between continental Africans and the world, namely the African diaspora communities, comprising African-American, Afro-Latinx, Afro-European communities.
Amplify Africa since inception has grown with a digital audience of over 500,000 millennials and 10 million monthly reach across North America, Europe, Africa and South America.
It has produced over 100 events including the Afro Ball, an annual awards ceremony and gala which includes a Certificate of Recognition from the US Congress to Africans excelling in the Diaspora. The company’s goal is to create multiple platforms for people to experience Africa in diaspora. Some of the companies Amplify Africa have worked with in the past include Apple Music, BET, Livenation, Red Bull, AT&T, HBO, Harvard University to mention a few.
Timi is a licensed Nigerian attorney who studied Entertainment and Music business at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). His experience of over 15 years in the Music and Movie industry has given him the opportunity to work with several top African entertainers and businesses in the industry.
In addition to his role as Co-founder and COO of Amplify Africa, Timi leads the music and film arm and has been very integral in working towards its mission of Amplifying Africa and the Diaspora through the cultivation of global community, story telling & digital social innovation.
