Kimberly Crawford is a seasoned business executive. She currently serves a Head of Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Global Partnerships at Johnson & Johnson.Kimberley is responsible for advancing the company’s DEI outcomes through partnerships globally.
She is a member of the Board of Directors at Philadelphia Children’s Alliance in Philadelphia, currently serving as Vice President of the board.
Kimberly is an Advisor on Diversity Equity and Inclusion for The Healthcare Institute of NJ a trade association for the leading research-based biopharmaceutical and medical technology companies in NJ, including many of the world’s largest companies.
She also serves on ‘The Gender Parity Collective a consortium of life science leaders‘ from various companies taking an active role defining strategies, measuring performance, and creating change powered by Healthcare Business Women’s Association.
