Ayman Shash is a solicitor in the Melbourne office of Herbert Smith Freehills. He has experience in corporate (incl. private equity and financial services M&A), financial services regulatory, employment and litigation (incl. contentious regulatory and general commercial)
He was the Senior Projects & Research Officer at the University of Melbourne. He contributed to development and delivery of projects and engagement initiatives as well as coordinating the administration of the Centre and providing research assistance to the Centre Directors. He was a Juris Doctor Candidate at the Melbourne Law School.
