He is also on the board of Robor Pty Ltd., The American Chamber of Commerce in South Africa and Capital Appreciation Ltd. and Council Member at the University of Pretoria, Member-National Council at South African Institute of International Affairs and Member of The National Advisory Council on Innovation.
In the past Mr. Dlamini was Chairman of Times Media Group Ltd., Executive Chairman of Richards Bay Coal Terminal Co. Ltd., Non-Executive Chairman at South African National Parks, Member-Economic Growth & Poverty Alleviation at Global Agenda Council, Chairman of Anglo Operations Ltd., Chief Executive Officer for Old Mutual Group Holdings (SA) Pty Ltd., CEO-Emerging Markets Life & Savings at OM Residual UK Ltd. and Co-Chairman of Forum Mondial de L’Economie.
Mr. Dlamini received a graduate degree from the University of Oxford and an undergraduate degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
